I'm back to revitalize the Wenatchee rental blog which will post rentals I have available in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee, perhaps a few in Cashmere and other surrounding areas.On April 1st I will be merging Willinger Real Estate into Coldwell Banker LaVigne in Wenatchee, where I will be starting a property management for them. I will be transferring my current rental properties with me. There should be a seamless transition, with no disruption to tenants or investment property owners.
