On April 1, 2011 I will be merging Willinger Real Estate into Coldwell Banker LaVigne in Wenatchee, Washington where I will be starting a property management division for them. I will be transferring my current rental property inventory with me. There should be a seamless transition, with no disruption to tenants or investment property owners.
